Once your complimentary support period expires, Max Infocom offers Advanced and Premium support contracts to ensure that each customer continues to receive a superior level of support. The Advanced Support Plan offers unlimited remote support from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. IST, excluding Public holidays, while the Premium Support Plan offers unlimited round-the-clock remote support.
